		<description>True. I think its a idiotic way to deal with something that's been going on forever. If you take a student and in a year span has 5-6 jail stays that student will sympathize with jail. And jail will become a home away from home for some. Jail should inspire fear. People should be afraid to go there. Student will learn to associate jail with school. And worst case scenario they would get into fights on purpose just to be able to skip school.</description>

		<description>I agree!! Usually when someone gets sent to jail one time they will continue to go back. Not because they want to but because they start to get immuned to it. This WILL cause more drop outs because if the school doesn't accept them who will? This will discourage kids and cause them to do something else. I have a friend who was in this same situation and now he is ALWAYS in jail just because he went ONE time!!!
