In a way, I agree with the law because some parents spank their kids to the point where bruises and marks appear on the body. However, many parents do not intentionally mean to harm a child they just want to form discipline and with many children that is their only way of understanding. The only reason why I believe law should interfere with a family and the way they run their household is if and only if someone's life is in danger. If there is any other forms of punishment that a child can learn from then they should punish in that way, but if the child can only learn right from wrong by spanking then that is what needs to be done. Not all children become violent due to spankings. Many become violent due to their surroundings and who they surround themselves by.

In the discipline it is became a big issue on our society by spanking or not spanking a child, why i said that i think no one has a right to abuse a child, but at the same time kids are became more ajited not disrespectful for their parent in the society specially when we are in the store we see kids some are misbehave very badly, but some parent state kids reacting more in public than they are at home because they think no one cannot spank me now otherwise you will get in trouble, i think parents became manipulate

This is a good issue for asking, what are the social facts. Indeed, a great deal of research has gone into spanking as a disciplinary technique, and the results are not good for the pro-spanking folks. In fact, children who are spanked are actually more likely to participate in delinquency, violence and other forms of juvenile deviance. They tend to have lower self esteem and more problems with relationships. If you look at the research you must conclude that there is no good reason to spank a child. Violence is violence.
