According to depression.com this is a result of a chemical imbalance in the brain. They say to identify it, treat it and live day by day. That sounds like good advice, people need to realize that they could be happier and they need to look for medical advice. Reports say you have to be patient and try many medications but eventially you should be able to find something that works. I can't imagine living my life under a cloud of depression.
