		<description>I think that this is so true! Some type of sign needs to be put up. It obviously doesn't blatantly have to say "Oh, hey everyone! This patient has AIDS!!". Maybe it can be a little symbol or something that healthcare professionals recognizes as a symbol for AIDS. I have worked in the hospital and I have seen plently of nurses who have gone against hospital policy and did not wear gloves while they were taking a patient's blood sugar. This causes a huge concern because if the nurse has a cut on their hand or finger and they come into contact with the patient's blood they are going to contract AIDS.
