		<description>There is absolutely no scientific justification for the use of torture.  Torture has no history of "getting your kid back?" And there is no way to take "extra precautions" when it comes to torture.  Torture is illegal and immoral and ineffective as a means of gathering information. Waterboarding and "enhanced interrogation" are much less effective than conventional methods of interrogation that have been perfected through intensive, scientific research.
