Were there children who bullied? Yes, but they were reprimanded and believe it or not other students stepped in and helped the kids out who were being bullied. I feel the problem today is the teachers are so worried about fitting everything in their schedule the school boards are demanding that they have little time to pay attention. There should be professional training on bullying awareness for any employee of a school system that is working with the kids and the punishment should be harsher as well as the child doing the bullying having to enter into therapy sessions with and without their family members.
