So which ways of losing one's virginity should be legal and which illegal? There are many reasons why people lose their virginity. Love is only one. Should the state be allowed to mandate how that decision is made? Another argument that can be made is in what ways should we be allowed to sell our bodies. From one point of view every form of labor is selling one's body, from mopping floors to being a college professor. Which forms of selling one's body are legitimate and which illegitimate?
